Job summary

SCA Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team in Fair Lawn, NJ. The ideal candidate will promote our mission and values while assessing patient status and developing individualized care plans.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school and current state nursing licensure. Experience in OR or medical/surgical nursing is preferred. Candidates must obtain BLS and ACLS certifications within their first 90 days.

We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $35.00 to $48.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Successful completion of courses for BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
