Job summary

SCA Health in Florida is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room to support perioperative care across our facilities. You will assess patient status, contribute to the perioperative plan of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and quality.

The role requires nursing graduation, active licensure, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS; PALS for pediatric scope). Prior OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• Experience in OR and/or medical/surgical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
