Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room to support perioperative care. You will assess patient status, develop individualized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure is required; 1 year OR/medical-surgical experience preferred. BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are expected within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required or preferred within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
