Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• BSN is required as of the last update of the job description.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate care with the team.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct the care team to deliver care per plan, and manage time, supplies and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed, ensuring safety and quality.
• Promote professionalism, document accurately, and uphold licensure standards.
