Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN from an accredited institution; degree will be verified; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Commitment to professional practice within regulatory standards and scope of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and educate; develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement and coordinate care through delegation and collaboration with the care team.
