Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care in accordance with the hospital model of care and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families, ensuring safety, education, and high-quality outcomes.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, uphold professional standards, and participate in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and Ohio state requirements; current valid nursing license.
• BSN preferred or required within five years of hire per hospital policy.
• Demonstrates ability to apply ANA standards and Ohio Nurse Practice Act in practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs.
• Develop, communicate, and revise the plan of care with the patient and family.
• Implement evidence-based nursing actions and delegate appropriately.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document nursing care accurately in the EMR and ensure timely updates.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care quality.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies during all care activities.
