Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio (current)
• BSN recommended within five years of hire
• Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills
• SBAR and handoff communication proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assess patient, family and environment for safety risks and plan care.
• Develop, communicate and revise care plans with patient and family.
• Implement nursing actions with appropriate delegation and documentation.
• Evaluate outcomes and maintain continuity of care and accurate EMR records.
