Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a COORDINATOR-PERIOPERATIVE RN to assist with coordination and overall management of perioperative services in the OR. You will interact with physicians to provide patient care, assess needs, plan care, and ensure resources for surgical cases.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise, regulatory compliance, teaching, and collaboration across teams, with scheduling flexibility and a strong focus on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates Diploma required with RN licensure.
• Bachelors degree preferred in nursing or related field.
• Minimum perioperative RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage perioperative services for assigned cases.
• Interface with physicians to provide patient care at the point of care.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready for surgery and allocate resources.
• Communicate with families, staff and physicians; participate in staff education.
• Assist with orientation and coaching of new personnel.
