Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or Nursing, or completion of a Surgical Tech Program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related clinical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Physician Preference Cards across YNHHS with standardized, version-controlled repository.
• Identify product standardization opportunities and collaborate to implement changes with clinical teams.
• Remove low-acuity, unused items from preference cards and ensure safe alternatives remain available.
• Review automated system refreshes and perform manual interventions as needed; use analytics tools for reporting.
