You will collaborate with physicians and perioperative leadership to ensure content aligns with safety standards, clinical guidelines, and cost-saving goals.

Using Tableau and Epic OpTime, you will monitor data quality, drive content improvements, and support onboarding of new providers within the perioperative team.

Qualifications

• AA degree in nursing or surgical tech program; equivalent experience.
• Maintain current license or certification as required.
• Extensive acute operating room experience as a scrub tech or RN across service lines.
• Experience with physician procedure cards and OR equipment, meds, and supplies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee procedure card management to enhance patient safety, clinician satisfaction, and perioperative efficiency.
• Analyze incomplete data to clearly define issues and prioritize long-term solutions.
• Craft targeted communications to stakeholders to ensure accountability and feedback.
• Coordinate updates with OR staff and surgeons to streamline cards and case categories.
• Collaborate with perioperative supply chain to optimize inventory and product conversions.
• Onboard new providers and ensure cards are built for their cases.
