Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in Preop/PACU/OR preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total patient care during the perioperative period.
• Supervise clinical staff and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignments.
• Oversee purchasing/inventory of OR supplies and medications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on QA, training, and policy implementation.
