Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years OR nursing experience.
• 2+ years of clinical leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Oversee OR schedules, patient flow, staffing, and workflow.
• Coordinate clinical operations to ensure throughput and safety.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; coach performance.
• Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities.
