Requirements include MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within one year, and preferred PALS or completion within six months.

Formación

• Completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• BLS required; ACLS within one year of hire.
• PALS preferred or obtained within six months of request.
• Experience in Ambulatory/Outpatient Surgery or OR nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and maintain an organizational culture of excellence in patient care.
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for patients of all ages.
• Delegate, evaluate, and coordinate peri-operative nursing activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to policies.
• Assist in staffing, supply management, and maintaining department efficiency.
