• Develop and implement perianesthesia care plans.
• Administer medications safely per 8 rights and hospital policies.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning as needed.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams for optimal outcomes.
• Transfer care and hand off to next care providers.
