Job summary

Qualifications

• Current or compact RN license (Iowa)
• Basic Life Support certification within 6 weeks of hire
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire
• Reading, writing and speaking English required

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and circulates on cases independently, with minimal direction
• Prepares for surgical cases efficiently, anticipating needs of patient, surgeon, anesthesia and OR team
• Maintains aseptic technique and safe environment; supports room turnover and equipment readiness
