• Current Iowa RN license is required.
• Operating Room experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 weeks of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training completed within 3 months.
• English language reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and circulates on cases independently.
• Prepares for surgical cases and anticipates needs.
• Ensures aseptic technique and safe environment.
• Collects data and assesses patient for nursing diagnoses.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff.
• Manages room setup and turnover.
• Participates in orientation and training of new personnel.
