The Perioperative Coordinator- Regional is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of a wide and diverse range of pediatric and adult surgical and specialty/joint replacement procedures in adherence with CMS regulations and HIPAA compliance standards. Collaborates with Perioperative Directors, Clinic Managers and their staff to accurately complete scheduling of patients within tertiary and ambulatory operative settings. Adheres to standardized practices across multiple modalities of source communication, first point of contact for issue resolution, seen as subject matter expert on electronic scheduling systems all while performing exceptional customer service.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.60 - $40.48 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
