The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, data tracking for attendance and satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operational functions across prenatal to gynecologic services.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Bi-cultural/bilingual skills (Spanish and/or Haitian Creole) are valued.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse populations; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate perinatal group care, manage scheduling workflows and resources.
• Support recruitment and outreach for Pregnancy and Parenting group visits.
• Prep and set up group visits, including materials and room readiness.
• Provide operational support to providers and track attendance and satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling for prenatal, postpartum, newborn, and gynecology visits.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for quality initiatives.
