Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor program guidelines and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with the mission.
• Evaluate program outcomes and ensure culturally appropriate services; monitor quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain data systems; prepare quarterly and annual progress reports for external sponsors.
• Liaise with funding sources, regulatory agencies, and clinical partners; coordinate meetings and logistics.
• Assist in field support such as intake, health assessment, and group discussions.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure policy manuals are up to date.
