• Lead, coordinate, and deliver family planning services including counseling, clinical support, and care coordination.
• Schedule and coordinate LARC-related visits and counseling.
• Provide pregnancy tests, STI testing, and HIV counseling as needed and ensure compliant documentation.
• Support outreach and collaboration with other departments and community partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency enhancements.
