Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive nursing care across patient populations. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care according to the hospital model and ANA/Ohio standards.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members, ensuring safe, culturally sensitive, and family-centered care. BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS as required; Ohio license must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio is required.
• BSN preferred but not mandatory depending on the unit.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact; ACLS within 6 months in ICU/step-down.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Communicate plan using SBAR with the care team.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Document care accurately in EMR and follow policy.
