Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a team-based model. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in alignment with ANA and Ohio Nurse Practice Act frameworks.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, develop measurable care plans, and participate in discharge planning and safety initiatives. BSN within five years is required, with ongoing professional development supported.

Qualifications

• RN uses knowledge from nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Must hold Ohio RN license with current BLS; ACLS within 6 months in step-down and ICU areas.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire; specialty certs encouraged within five years.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, safety risks, and changes in condition; report to physician and RN in charge.
• Coordinate and revise care plans with patient and family; communicate SBAR to team.
• Provide patient and family education; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Lead safety initiatives and infection-control practices; ensure proper protective equipment.
