Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse in Ohio with Labor and Delivery experience to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the Christ Hospital Professional Practice Model.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, SBAR communications, patient education, and thorough documentation, with ongoing professional development and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior Labor and Delivery experience is required.
• RN license in Ohio is required.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact. ACLS within 6 months in step-down and ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing skills to complete holistic assessments.
• Plans, coordinates, and revises plan of care with patient and family.
• Coordinates SBAR communications with the healthcare team.
• Provides education to patient and family based on the care plan.
• Maintains documentation and participates in quality improvement and professional development.
