Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic, culturally sensitive patient care in Ohio. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a patient- and family-centered approach.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, and timely documentation in the EMR, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. BSN within 5 years of hire is encouraged; ADN/ Diploma accepted.

Qualifications

• RN demonstrates knowledge and skills for age- and culturally-specific patient care.
• Adheres to Ohio Nurse Practice Act and ANA code of ethics.
• Communicates plan of care using SBAR and collaborates with team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates holistic assessment of patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs.
• Establishes and prioritizes a multidisciplinary care plan.
• Delivers and delegates nursing actions based on orders with accountability.
• Provides patient and family education aligned with plan of care.
• Monitors, evaluates, and documents patient outcomes and handoffs.
• Demonstrates leadership, mentors peers, and participates in professional development.
