Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide holistic, age- and culturally-specific patient care within our hospital team. Responsibilities

• Perform holistic assessment of patients using the Nursing Process.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care; communicate plan via SBAR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and family to ensure safe, quality care.
• Adhere to ANA ethics and Ohio Nurse Practice Act; maintain documentation in EMR.
