Job summary

Responsibilities

• Holistic patient assessment across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and RNs using SBAR during handoffs and shift reports.
• Assist in planning, prioritizing and coordinating the care plan with patients and families.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and education.
• Respond to emergencies with prompt, precise actions to ensure safety.
• Document nursing care accurately in the EMR and communicate updates timely.
• Lead and participate in staff meetings and unit initiatives for quality improvement.
