Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio required.
• BSN must be obtained within 5 years for hires after Jan 2010.
• BLS certification required before patient contact; ACLS within 6 months for step-down/ICU.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Develop and revise multidisciplinary plans of care with measurable goals.
• Communicate plans using SBAR; participate in handoffs and conferences.
• Provide evidence-based care and education; ensure safety and infection control.
• Document care accurately in the medical record; participate in quality initiatives.
• Lead and mentor peers; engage in professional development and teamwork.
