Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio and in good standing.
• BSN within 5 years of hire per policy.
• AD or Diploma nursing education accepted for entry.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and relevant data for nursing diagnosis.
• Plan, coordinate, and revise multidisciplinary plan of care with patient and family.
• Implement orders, provide patient and family education, and communicate with team.
• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and adjust the plan as needed.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain handoff quality.
• Lead in professional development and participate in staff meetings and initiatives.
