Compass Group USA, managing the NFL Indianapolis Colts account, seeks a High-Performance Sous Chef I to elevate player nutrition and performance through nutritionally optimal meals. You will oversee culinary staff and create fresh, local, balanced menus tailored to athletes and coaches.

Lead recipe development, ensure safe food handling with FIFO, and coordinate meals for off-season needs. Collaboration with team dietitians is essential to meet athletes’ dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in culinary management within athletic nutrition settings.
• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, nutrition, food science, or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of nutrition needs of athletes and collaboration with team dietitians.

Responsabilités

• Develop menus and recipes for players, coaches and staff with nutrient-dense meals.
• Oversee culinary performance staff and ensure food safety and FIFO storage practices.
• Coordinate meals around player and coach needs, including off-season planning.
