Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Performance Sous Chef to enhance player health through nutritionally optimized meals and snacks. You will oversee the culinary performance staff and ensure fresh, local, balanced meals tailored to players and coaches.

Develop menus, implement food safety procedures, and coordinate meal preparation for both players and staff, aligning with athletic nutrition needs and team dietitians where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, nutrition, food science, or related field preferred.
• 3 years in culinary management within athletic nutrition settings preferred.
• Knowledge of nutrition needs and diet planning for athletes required.

Responsibilities

• Develop recipes and menus for player, coach, and staff meals with focus on nutrient-dense options.
• Oversee culinary staff and implement food safety, FIFO, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Coordinate meal preparation for in-season and off-season needs for athletes.
