Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking an experienced Outsource Performance Manager to drive performance, compliance, and results across our external law firm and agency network. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure KPI delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will own KPI delivery, manage SLAs, optimize recoveries, and develop insights through reporting while navigating a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role offers visibility and cross-functional impact nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance management, analytics, or outsourced operations.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of key operational and financial KPIs.
• Drive law firm and agency performance against SLAs and forecasted outcomes.
• Manage inventory placement strategies to optimize recoveries and control costs.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and insights.
• Conduct audits and oversee call quality, collections, and vendor practices.
• Act as an escalation point for performance, settlements, and vendor issues.
• Support compliance, complaint resolution, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate remittances, invoicing, and data integrity across systems.
