Job summary

Equitable is seeking an experienced Network Outsourcing & Oversight Manager to oversee outsourced operational support for Financial Professionals and their staff across life, annuity, and variable annuity lines. You will serve as the liaison with the outsourcing partner to ensure service quality, regulatory alignment, and strong vendor governance.

The role focuses on process improvements, risk mitigation, and maintaining a high-performing, customer-focused service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably life insurance and annuities.
• FINRA Series 6 and 26 or Series 7 and 24 registrations, active upon hire.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer operations, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting outsourced operations, vendor management, or operational oversight functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service and escalation contact for Financial Professionals and support staff regarding new business and existing inquiries, service-related issues, exceptions, and vendor-supported processing for life and annuity business.
• Partner with the outsourced vendor to ensure timely, accurate, and complete resolution of Financial Professional inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal business partners and external service providers to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Monitor outsourced operations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service standards, regulatory expectations, and SLAs.
• Review, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics, trends, and operational results to leadership.
• Conduct ongoing oversight of vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
