Job summary

ProVest seeks an analytical Portfolio Performance Owner to oversee operational collection and litigation workflows, ensuring compliance with client and company standards, and driving performance across assigned portfolios.

Responsibilities include refining processes, monitoring SLAs, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering strong customer service while tracking KPIs and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

• Three plus (3+) years’ experience in collections, legal servicing, or financial services operations
• Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for IL and WI
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational collection and litigation workflows to ensure timely action
• Ensure legal documentation and supporting records are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Monitor client performance metrics and aging inventory to drive performance
• Manage daily workflows to balance capacity and achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with management, production support teams, and Contractor Management to improve portfolio outcomes
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
