Firstsource in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks a Legal Performance Manager to align the company\'s and client\'s interests with multiple law firms. You will oversee the legal process and performance, coordinating with both attorney and non-attorney firm management on a regular basis.

The role requires a JD or related degree, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required; the team offers an incentive plan and standard benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Operations, or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Drafting and analytical skills to update and develop new operational procedures.
• Solid understanding of the legal process, with the ability to manage cases through all phases of litigation.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as liaison for company and client interests with vendor law firms.
• Drive legal processes and performance across multiple firms.
• Assist with media support, file reviews, resolution discussions, and escalations.
• Coordinate daily/weekly performance calls with attorneys and firm management.
