Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will lead Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps while explaining the numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
