Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice on the call and make the calls.

You will handle cross-channel campaigns, bid strategies, testing, and conversion tracking with GA4/Tag Manager. Build 90-day roadmaps and drive growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across several clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multiple accounts
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Implement and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain the numbers
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
