Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will oversee targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when asked why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. In this full-time remote role, you will manage paid media across Google Ads and Meta, organize budget allocation, bidding, testing, and KPI tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
