Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap development, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions are made.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth, while maintaining strong US client communications on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns with proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency and presenting results.
• Strong English communication with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategically, test creative, and decide when to pause campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels; report ROAS and pipeline.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps per client and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
