Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making calls, testing creatives and driving conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. You will own 90-day and quarterly plans and help grow accounts through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Agency experience with several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
