Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives during calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls and driving growth with campaigns across major platforms and a focus on ROAS and pipeline metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
