You will partner with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and hiring managers to turn needs into focused searches and guide candidates from first conversation through offer.

This role demands a high bar for hiring, hands-on sourcing, and a multistage process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including marketing/agency environments.
• Ability to evaluate candidates' personal contributions and craft.
• Strong interviewing and candidate management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define role requirements with hiring managers and leadership.
• Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach and screening.
• Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
• Lead initial interviews and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communications.
• Track requisitions and candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
