Jump 450 Media LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Recruiter to hire elite talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. You will partner with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and hiring managers to turn needs into focused searches and guide candidates from first conversation through offer.

We maintain a high hiring bar, using a multistage process and data-driven assessment to identify top performers and keep candidates engaged throughout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in marketing/advertising.
• Track record of engaging passive candidates for specialized roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches.
• Ability to evaluate candidates' personal contributions and craft.
• Strong interviewing skills with follow-up questions.
• Judgment to advocate for candidates and recalibrate searches.
• Clear candidate management and communication.
• Comfort discussing compensation and offer conversations.
• Excellent organization across pipelines and systems.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workable/Workday a plus).
• Curiosity about new recruiting tools, including AI.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.
• Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach and screening.
• Engage passive candidates via targeted research and referrals.
• Recruit across paid media, performance marketing, creative, and agency ops.
• Lead initial interviews focusing on personal contributions and depth.
• Present candidates with evidence-based recommendations.
• Guide candidates through assessments, culture interviews, and exec talks.
• Coordinate interview logistics with recruiters and managers.
• Gather timely feedback and keep decisions moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable.
• Use Workday to track requisitions and offers.
• Keep job descriptions and requisitions current.
• Support compensation and offer conversations.
• Explore AI tools to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows.
