Jump 450 Media, a high‑growth performance marketing agency, is seeking a Performance Marketing Recruiter to hire elite talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. You’ll partner with People Operations and hiring managers, guiding candidates from first conversation to offer in a multistage process.

You will own searches, engage passive candidates, and use AI tools to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows while ensuring a thorough evaluation of each candidate's

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in marketing/advertising agency or fast-paced environments.
• Track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and juggling multiple searches.
• Ability to assess candidate outcomes and match to role needs.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to probe beyond rehearsed answers.
• Comfort discussing compensation and guiding offer conversations.
• Experience with ATS; knowledge of Workable and Workday is a plus.
• Curiosity about new recruiting tools, including AI.

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to define role requirements and priorities.
• Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach and assessments.
• Find and engage passive candidates through targeted research and referrals.
