Jump 450 Media LLC in New York City seeks a Performance Marketing Recruiter to hire elite talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. You’ll partner with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and hiring managers to turn hiring needs into focused searches and guide candidates from first conversation through offer.

Our multistage process emphasizes how candidates think, what they’ve executed, and the results they can deliver for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in marketing/advertising or fast-paced environments.
• Track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches with varying priorities.
• Ability to evaluate candidates’ personal contributions and alignment with role needs.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to ask insightful follow-up questions.
• Sound judgment in advocating for candidates, raising concerns, or recalibrating searches.
• Clear candidate management and communication throughout the interview process.
• Comfort with compensation discussions and offer conversations.
• Excellent organization across pipelines, requisitions, and ATS.
• Experience with ATS; Workable and Workday is a plus.
• Curiosity about new recruiting tools, including AI.

Responsabilités

• Define role requirements with hiring managers and leadership.
• Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach and interviews.
• Engage passive candidates via research, referrals, and long-term relationships.
• Recruit across paid media and performance marketing roles.
• Lead initial interviews focusing on contributions, depth, and goals.
• Present candidates with evidence-based recommendations to hiring teams.
• Guide candidates through assessments and interviews, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate interview logistics with the recruiting coordinator.
• Gather timely feedback and move hiring decisions forward.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable and tracking in Workday.
• Keep job descriptions current as roles and priorities change.
• Support compensation discussions and smooth handoff after offer.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows.
• Identify improvements to assessment processes and candidate experience.
