Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set budgets, plan roadmaps, and drive the narrative when clients ask why the numbers moved.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, with a proven track record of improving ROAS and pipeline metrics. You’ll work with US clients on live calls in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
