Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set the strategy, manage budgets, run campaigns, and articulate the narrative behind the numbers in client calls.

You will lead media planning across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build 90-day roadmaps, and drive long-term growth, retention, and upsell opportunities with a data-first mindset.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
