Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who owns paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives. You are the strategic voice and make the calls to optimize outcomes.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, overseeing budgeting, testing, tracking, and 90-day plans to demonstrate impact to clients. This remote, full-time role serves US and international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
