About the role, Keynotes:

• Profile – Performance Marketing Manager
• Role – Full-time
• Grade – Associate / Sr. Associate
• Location – Remote - Work from home / anywhere
• Work hours – Mon to Fri - 12 pm to 9 pm IST

What you’ll do?

• Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
• Platforms - Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram
• Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
• Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
• Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
• Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
• Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
• Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

What are we looking for?

• BTech from tier 1 institutions
• 1 to 3 years experience in paid digital advertising or related field, along with exposure in data analytics
• Strong Expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, and Twitter Ads
• Ability to derive robust analytics from campaign data for the optimization of campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
• Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media
• Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables, a plus
