Performance Marketing Manager (Remote US)

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and Tech companies. We focus on Customer Generation, a methodology emphasizing SQLs and Customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies to help clients meet their SQL targets.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key member of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist collaborates directly with enterprise clients, communicating results, developing custom strategies, and executing Paid Media campaigns. You will gain experience in creating high-performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts.
  • Support client contacts directly.
  • Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on tasks, quality, and improvements.
  • Drive referrals through client relationships and your professional network.
  • Develop quarterly strategies for clients.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across channels.
  • Understand client positioning and value propositions.
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM.
  • Comprehend the value of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization.
  • Work with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
What You Offer
  • 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
  • Expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • A strategic perspective on driving value for SaaS.
  • Ability to articulate strategies and tell stories with data.
  • Competitive, curious, and a problem solver.
  • Always seeking growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-project management skills.
  • Quality-oriented with integrity in advertising.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client or as needed.
