Why you will love this role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Monster Lead Group, you’ll help drive client growth through smart campaign planning, performance insights, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting directly to the Director of Performance Marketing, you'll work across both direct mail and digital channels, contributing to campaign optimization, creative standardization, segmentation strategy, and digital experience enhancement.

You’ll play a key role in evolving and maintaining our standardized marketing frameworks — ensuring client campaigns are consistent, scalable, and high-performing. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytically minded marketer who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful pieces of our marketing engine while growing as a strategic leader.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor campaign performance across direct mail and digital, focusing on response trends, CPA, and ROI
  • Establish and maintain reporting cadences to track marketing impact and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze market-level trends to uncover new opportunities and inform strategic planning
  • Lead audience segmentation analysis to identify performance drivers and enhance targeting strategy
  • Help develop and document standardized guidelines for investment strategy, segmentation, creative, and channel mix
  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on performance data, emerging patterns, and market signals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Client Success to align on business priorities and drive results
  • Improve internal efficiency by developing playbooks, checklists, and dashboards that streamline campaign execution and make performance tracking more actionable.
  • Summarize campaign results and deliver clear, actionable insights for internal and client-facing teams
  • Contribute to digital experience initiatives, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and new channel expansion (e.g., email, SMS)
  • Shape the testing roadmap by surfacing data-backed opportunities to evolve strategy and improve performance

You’ve got what it takes if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign analytics, or performance-driven roles
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and drawing actionable insights
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with digital performance tactics, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, or multi-channel funnel analysis
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills — able to manage multiple priorities across teams
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a willingness to take ownership
  • Ability to think strategically, manage complexity, and translate insights into scalable solutions

You’ll really impress if you:

  • Interest or experience in direct response, digital marketing, or the mortgage industry
  • Highly collaborative
  • Supervisory experience
